Computer Systems and IT Intern / Attache at Motorspeed Courier and Fulfiment Limited

Motorspeed Courier and Fulfillment Limited is offering an Industrial Attachment / Internship opportunity to a motivated student in the field of IT or Business Technology.

The successful candidate will support the maintenance and improvement of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and related digital tools.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the day-to-day administration and maintenance of the company CRM
2. Help Support CRM updates, customizations, and report generation
3. Provide first-line support to staff on CRM-related issues
4. Help document processes and create user guides
5. Perform any other IT support tasks assigned

Requirements

1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in a relevant field
   Strong interest in CRM systems, databases, and business technology
2. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and computer applications
3. Willingness to learn new systems quickly
4. Good communication skills and attention to detail
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced logistics environment
