Role Purpose Statement

This role exists to ensure seamless customer interactions by providing timely technical support, driving sales conversions, and managing social media engagement. By maintaining high call handling efficiency and reducing repeat calls, the intern will play a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction and company reputation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer calls promptly and professionally to ensure minimal abandoned call rates.
  • Troubleshoot network, technical, and system issues at the first level and escalate complex cases as needed.
  • Manage sales installation calls with the goal of converting inquiries into installations.
  • Address ISP-related inquiries and stay updated on policies to provide accurate information.
  • Effectively manage high call volumes during peak periods.
  • Identify and address common issues causing repeat calls to minimize customer callbacks.
  • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries on social media platforms to enhance brand presence.
