Hello Tractor is revolutionizing African agriculture with a pay-as-you-go model that connects farmers to tractor power. We’re building a high-performing Customer Support team to deliver exceptional experiences and drive adoption across the continent. This internship offers hands-on impact in a fast-growing ag-tech environment where your work directly empowers farmers and tractor owners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a key liaison with Champion Agents and Booking Agents to elevate field engagement and performance.
  • Provide responsive support on bookings and operational challenges to improve agent satisfaction and effectiveness.
  • Share customer insights and performance data with Hub Coordinators to guide decisions and improve farmer conversion rates.
  • Drive adoption and growth of marketplace bookings within hub territories in collaboration with field teams.
  • Support Hub Coordinators in identifying booking gaps and coaching opportunities using support data.
  • Monitor CA performance and track verified bookings monthly.
  • Provide targeted problem-solving to ensure CA success.
  • Lead recruitment and onboarding of Booking Agents in Kenya using digital platforms such as the HT Console, Facebook, app sign-ups, and direct calls.
  • Ensure timely access to training, tools, and information for effective booking execution.
  • Offer ongoing support throughout the BA lifecycle to elevate their performance.
  • Monitor and evaluate BA activity, providing feedback and flagging coaching needs to Hubs.

Know How

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, agriculture, business management, or a related field.
  • Manage bookings and track field-level service delivery.
  • Use MS Office, Google Sheets, and Excel with confidence.
  • Navigate CRM tools such as Freshdesk or HubSpot.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Approach problems with attention to detail and proactive solutions.

Problem Solving & Accountability

  • Diagnose and resolve booking and operational issues to boost agent satisfaction.
  • Translate customer insights into actions that improve conversion and retention.
  • Identify booking gaps and coach teams to strengthen marketplace adoption.
  • Track and verify CA performance to ensure quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Pursuing or completed a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Hands-on experience managing bookings and tracking service delivery.
  • Solid command of MS Office, Google Sheets, and Excel.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Freshdesk or HubSpot.
  • Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
