Finance Graduate Trainee at Fadhili Machinery

Fadhili Machinery is hiring a Finance Graduate Trainee.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation and posting of accounting entries (journals, invoices, receipts, payments).
• Support accounts payable and receivable functions.
• Reconcile bank statements and supplier/customer accounts.
• Assist in processing statutory deductions (PAYE, NHIF, NSSF, VAT where applicable).
• Support internal and external audit processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA Part II/ACCA (or in progress) is an added advantage.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting software.
• High level of integrity and attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
