Key Responsibilities
- Process and verify accounts payable invoices accurately
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Assist in the preparation of weekly and monthly payment runs
- Maintain organized digital and physical financial records
- Support the finance team with month-end closing activities
Know How
- Fundamental understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data entry
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality
Problem Solving & Accountability
- Identify and resolve invoice discrepancies through proactive communication
- Streamline payment workflows to reduce processing time
- Analyze vendor accounts to ensure timely and accurate settlements
Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Strong analytical mindset and a desire to learn corporate finance
- Excellent communication skills for vendor coordination
