Key Responsibilities

Assist lecturers in preparing teaching materials, tutorials, and coursework
Facilitate discussion groups, tutorials, or practical sessions
Support marking of assignments, tests, and examinations under supervision
Provide academic guidance and student support
Engage in research activities including literature reviews and data analysis
Prepare research reports, presentations, and grant proposals
Maintain student records and assist with data entry
Organize departmental events like seminars and workshops
Supervise undergraduate interns as needed
Attend departmental and faculty meetings

Know How

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, AI, or related field
Strong academic record (Second-Class Upper Division or higher)
Currently enrolled in a Master’s program
Proficiency in programming and data analysis tools
Demonstrated interest in research or teaching

Problem Solving & Accountability

Analyze complex data sets to derive actionable insights
Develop innovative solutions for research challenges
Optimize teaching materials for student engagement
Manage multiple priorities with effective time management

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, AI, Computer Science, or related field
Minimum Second-Class Upper Division academic performance
Current Master’s degree enrollment
Strong communication and presentation skills
Willingness to learn and collaborate
