• Product Planning, Engineering & Supply Chain: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, and Procurement & Supply Chain Management.
• Manufacturing Operations, Facilities & Maintenance: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Electrical Engineering.
• Commercial Operations & Finance (Sales, Marketing, Aftersales, Leasing, Channel Development & Customer Experience): Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Commerce (Finance, Accounting, Marketing), Logistics, or other business related fields.
• IT & Digital Transformation: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• HR & Corporate Sustainability: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law (LLB), Project Management, Journalism, or Communication.
