Fadhili Machinery is hiring an HR Graduate Trainee.

Responsibilities

• Assist in posting job vacancies on various platforms Screen CVs and shortlist candidates
• Maintain and update employee records (physical and HRIS systems)
• Assist in preparation of employment contracts and HR documents
• Support handling of employee queries and concerns
• Assist in identifying training needs
• Coordinate training sessions and workshops
• Promote positive workplace culture and employee engagement activities
• Detailed Job description will be shared with the candidate

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Recent graduate (within the last 1-2 years)
• Basic knowledge of Kenyan labour laws is an added advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Membership or student membership with IHRM Kenya is an added advantage
