Role Purpose Statement

The IT Intern role exists to provide technical support that keeps Airflo’s IT infrastructure running smoothly, while developing the intern’s practical skills in hardware/software management, diagnostics, and IT service delivery.

You’ll troubleshoot hardware, assist with installations, and contribute to process improvements while learning from seasoned professionals. Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and other IT equipment.
  • Assist in performing hardware and software installation procedures.
  • Analyze business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
  • Produce standard regular reports as required by customers.
  • Maintain data quality standards.
  • Assist in hardware inventory management.
  • Handle periodic preventive maintenance for IT hardware.

Know How

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Understanding of basic IT hardware and software concepts.
  • Familiarity with troubleshooting methodologies.

Problem Solving & Accountability

  • Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Capacity to analyze workflows and recommend improvements.
  • Skill to prioritize tasks under pressure.

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate Degree in Bachelor of Science in Business Information Technology, Bachelor of Science in Information Technology or related field.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft® Office Software (Excel®, Word®, PowerPoint® and others).
  • High integrity, confidentiality and business ethics standards.
  • Ability to diagnose and solve problems.
  • Team player able to work well in a small dynamic IT team.
  • Self‑motivated, confident, creative, disciplined with attention to detail.
  • Ability to cope with stressful situations.
  • Solid communication skills.
