Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct physical inspections and quality control releases for incoming goods
  • Coordinate Certificates of Analysis (CoAs) and quality documentation
  • Identify and segregate nonconforming products for appropriate action
  • Perform quarterly inventory audits to align physical stock with digital records

Know How

  • Proficient in MS Excel and Word for data entry
  • Experience in warehouse or laboratory environments
  • Strong attention to detail and independent work ethic

Problem Solving & Accountability

  • Quickly assess and resolve quality discrepancies in shipments
  • Effectively communicate findings to operational leads for corrective actions

Qualifications
