Job Title: Tele-Collections Internship Program

Role Purpose Statement
The Tele-Collections Intern will conduct professional collection calls, follow up on outstanding debts, maintain accurate records, and support customer service and compliance processes. This role is designed to provide hands-on experience in financial operations while developing essential communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct collection calls professionally and ethically
- Follow up on outstanding debts and maintain client relationships
- Update and maintain accurate records
- Support customer service and compliance processes
Know How
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Professional phone etiquette
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Basic knowledge of debt collection & customer service
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in: Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Experience in customer service or call center is an added advantage
